OPEN POSITIONS

PAP Technologies is looking to add qualified candidates to our team.

  • PACKER: Works in the printing facility to pack customer orders according to specifications given.
  • MACHINE OPERATOR: Uses a converting/cutting machine to take the large printed press rolls of customer orders and cuts them into smaller roll sizes per customer specifications. Does some preventative maintenance and set-ups on the rewind machines.
  • PRESS OPERATOR: Print customer orders, per their specifications, utilizing web offset and flexographic printing presses.
  • WAREHOUSE CLERK/TECHNICIAN: Responsibile for loading and unloading trucks with equipment deliveries; assist with cleaning terminals, bench parts, and maintain order in the warehouse.
  • DELIVERY TECHNICIAN: Responsibile for the delivery of any and all lottery equipment to the various site locations; assist with service calls at lottery retail locations as assigned.
  • RETAILER SERVICE TECHNICIAN: Responsile for the completing service calls (installs, removals, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs) at lottery retailer locations.
  • BENCH TECHNICIAN: Responsibile for the repair of lottery terminals and their associated peripherials; providing technical support to the field; assisting with shipping and receiving; providing parts inventory control.
  • BOARD REPAIR TECHNICIAN: Reponsibile for troubleshooting and repairing printed circuit boards, electronic and mechanical assemblies, flat panel monitors and touch screen assemblies.
  • RETAILER SERVICES SPECIALIST: This individual is the primary site level point of contact between the National Response Center (dispatch service) and the local field service staff; monitors call activity, SLA issues, daily lottery work, and information requests.
  • CUSTOMER TRAINING SPECIALIST: Responsibile for training new retailers on site and in a training room setting; troubleshoot problems; assist with installation or repair of equipment.
  • DEPOT TECHNICIAN: Responsibile for the repair of the lottery terminals and their associated peripherals; providing technical support to field; assisting with the delivery of equipment; shipping and receiving parts; providing parts inventory control.
  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST: Responsibile for supporting the field service organization with troubleshooting, technical expertise, documentation, and participation in new technician training.
  • RETAILER CALL SPECIALIST III: Their primary focus will be to provide first call resolution for Lottery Retailer support needs over the phone, including but not limited to answering questions and troubleshooting of technical issues.
