Peg Seigbert

Executive Vice President

Peg Seibert is PAP’s Executive Vice President. In this role, she works directly with the President to provide day-to-day management of the Company.

During her more than two and a half decades with PAP, she has developed a multitude of skills and knowledge allowing her to provide dynamic support for our customers; anticipating their needs and customizing solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Peg is a firm believer in working smarter to deliver outstanding outcomes in the most efficient manner possible. Among the many projects she has spearheaded are developing a comprehensive onboarding process for employee contract work, establishing our contract staffing department, implementing new digital tracking and data management programs for mission critical decision making, working on strategies to improve workflow, responding to Requests for Proposals, writing company policies, negotiating vendor contracts and utilizing assets for the best outcomes.

She has served as the Bank and Information Committee Chairperson (8 years) for the fourth largest American Cancer Society Relay for Life in the world and was a top 10 fundraiser, participated in the Susan G Komen 3-Day Event to fundraise for cancer research and is active in her Church.

Peg was a past speaker at the Pennsylvania State Geographic Information Systems Conference presenting “Use of GIS as a Marketing Analysis Tool.”

Prior to joining the PAP team, Peg worked in banking, accounting, human resources, printing, marketing and sales.
