Todd Rucci

Government and Community Relations

Todd Rucci – Director of Government Relations at PAP, is a proud Penn State University alumnus. His time as a formidable player for the Nittany Lions football team was only the beginning. He further proved his mettle during his eight seasons with the New England Patriots, earning himself a coveted spot on the 1990s All-Decade Team and a starting position for the team in Super Bowl XXXI.

But Todd’s contributions didn’t stop at the end zone. After hanging up his cleats, he transitioned into leadership roles that have had a lasting impact on Pennsylvania’s communities.

As the former Executive Director of the Pennsylvania State Lottery, Todd reshaped the State’s approach to gaming.  Former Revenue Secretary Dan Meuser has publicly praised Rucci as improving internal lottery procedures and growing lottery revenues during his tenure.

His commitment to education and governance shone brightly when he was appointed by Governor Tom Corbett to the Penn State Board of Trustees in 2014. Today, Todd continues to champion the cause of education, serving as both the Director and President of the Warwick School District Board of Directors and as a trusted member of the Board of Trustee for the Pennsylvania College of Art and Design.

Todd’s passion for community and personal development doesn’t stop there. His philanthropic endeavors focus on enhancing educational opportunities. He’s pioneered initiatives that bolster financial literacy and professional development, particularly for budding athletes in the NFL and collegiate sports realm.
